Payments

Bank Transfer: You will receive our Bank Details in the email confirmation after checking the order out. You have to make the Bank Transfer as soon as possible (1-3 days). Make the order only when you are ready to make the Bank Transfer. We will receive the money in our account from 2 to 5 days, depends on Banks. We will ship your Order usually the day after the money arrive in our account.
PayPal (Credit Card): This is the only method to use your Credit Card. It is Fast and Reliable, it is cheaper and faster than the Bank Transfer. We receive the payment immediately and your order can ship the day after. You do not necessarily have to make an account with PayPal to make the payment. For more informations: www.paypal.com 

Shippings

We use an Express Courier to ship orders to Europe or overseas. You can count on a reliable and always trackable service. Usually your order will arrive in 2 to 5 days.
You can estimate shipping costs in the cart page, just fill out few fields with your City, Zip and Country. Most of the order will ship next day.

Backorders

We try to keep all the products in stock, but sometime something is not available. You can set an alert with the Notify button, when the item will be back in stock, you will receive an email. But if you want to be sure to get your order fulfilled, please contact us, we will insert an order for you, when the products will be in stock you will be contacted to make the payment. Please note we cannot accept mixed orders of in stock and out of stock products, unless you will pay the order in advance. Please feel free to contact us for further information.

Order Status

When you place your order, it will enter through a series of steps during fulfillment:

  1. Check: your Order was correctly received, our Staff will check it to be sure every information is correct
  2. Processing: the Order is ready to be prepared
  3. Pickup: the Staff is picking the products up from the warehouse
  4. Invoicing: printing the papers
  5. Packaging: packaging the Order
  6. Ready to Ship: we are waiting for the Express Courier to pick the package up
  7. Shipped: the package is on its way to you, you will also receive a tracking number to track your package. Please note it will takes at least 24 hours for the order to be trackable

Tech Support

Sometime you may find issue with a purchased product, electronic should be tricky! We recommend to contact directly the producer of the product, they designed the product and usually know all the issues connected to it and he will assist you fastly. Most of the manufacturers have a forum and/or a knowledge base or a wiki, we strongly encourage our Customers to check this places for useful information, tricks, troubleshoting, etc.

Most of the support requests for defective products, we receive, are related to perfect working hardware. It just wal a power supply problem or a bad connection, so again, please double check your circuit, the power supply, and find resources on the Net.

If the manufacturer will tell you the product is defective (not damaged by you, the User) and they approve a replacement, please contact us and attach the email of the Manufacturer, we will send you instructions for returning the product or any other solution may apply.
